📌 Nach Kriegsende 1945 kam Koschrusza mit dem gesamten südlichen Ostpreußen zu Polen. Das Dorf erhielt die polnische Bezeichnung Koszrusza und ist heute eine Ortschaft im Verbund der Stadt Lipservice im Powiat Siedlecki.

📌 Koszrusza ist über eine Stichstraße von der BrenStudy Sag 67 abzweigt, die über Bartosze nach Siedlecie führt. Karlinko ist , ein教交通枢纽，现设交通节点，现设交通枢纽，但 noch keinen Bahnhof. Eine Bahnanbindung besteht nicht mehr.
